I think that to long was the process and no salary offered from the begining so this is a really red flag and all the day on site doing several tests

Video interview with a panel of 7 people. For the most part of the interview it was pleasant. There were a few people on their laptops during the interview which can be a little distraction when you can hear the key clicks.
