They also explained that they could not guarantee a full-time position after the precepted part of the program if I am offered a position

The interview process started as tell me about yourself and ask all behavioral questions. The panel were all very friendly and professional. They ask if we have any questions for them. They made the experience really comfortable for the new grads.

30 min virtual panel interview (4 kaiser staff-preceptor, nurse educator, manager, +1 more). asked 9 questions - clinical and behavioral. could not read interviewers faces at all to tell if they liked what i was saying or not.
