I was contacted through LinkedIn after applying for the Account Manager position. I did the initial interview remotely and it went well, I got the request for an in-person interview and that is when my experience went sour. It was rescheduled 3 times, on the third time my contact with Kaseya told me he would reach out the following day to reschedule it but I never received a message back. I reached out and never got a reply and I was completely ghosted. I was super excited for the opportunity but if it is like this in the interview process, I can only imagine how it would have been working in the office.

They contacted me, scheduled the interview, no showed, then ghosted me. I understand hiring managers fet busy but for a company of that size with their resources one would think they have an automated Rejection email.

The interview process was straight forward. The recruiter Gabriela was extremely helpful through every step, letting me know what the next phases of the process would look like. When working around my schedule to ensure I was continuing with the process, she was phenomenal.
It was actually great. Gabriela was awesome with me and I hopefully join in the future for an IT position. Great feedback overall from the team, smooth process and offer. Great benefits
