It was super simple, she reached out to me & we scheduled an appointment. It was done by a 45 min phone call, then scedulded an in person meeting after if i was interested in learning more.
Personalities tests conversations about previous experience goals etc. took a KW specific test and a DISC assessment prior, then came in for a formal interview and tour of the space. Got a breakdown of different services offered.

High pressure and used tactics you will recognize if you have done any in home sales. Even brought in a closer (manager) to try to get me to commit. We talked about lot about the CRM. They are known for the technology and training which i did like.
