I had a phone screening for the role and it felt as though the recruiter was over the phone call before it began. I also felt like the recruiter felt inconvenienced by the time I had chosen to do the interview and tried rescheduling our call very last minute.

Long process. First I was contacted for a phone interview. Next, I went in for a face to face interview. After the interview, they sent me a link to a questionnaire. After completing the long questionnaire, I went back in for a debrief. They went through each section and asked me to read aloud statements about what the questionnaire had calculated. I was asked whether I agreed or disagreed. A few days after the interview, I was told that my questionnaire placed me in a different area than they were looking to hire.
