The interviewer was very polite and with a positive vibe. The interview went on more like a conversation rather than a typical boring interview. I was asked to talk about my experience so they could get to know me better butmostly I talked about what my aspirations in life are and how I work towards my goal.

First they called me for a 15 minutes screening interview. Then they called me for a second 30 minutes interview after one month since the first one. The interview was with a Co-founder of the company, who started preaching about how the schools (meaning universities), don't teach us things and we have to learn the basics of technologies before aplying to jobs (which is valid). But the question is why was I there in the first place, why did they invite me in a second interview, when everything is clearly stated in my cv, I never mentioned that I know about the specific technologies they use. And if you ask me why I applied in the first place, the answer is that the job post was totally misleading, never was it stated that specific technologies knowledge was a REQUIREMENT. Then he proceeded to give me advice for how to start my career as a developer. Only after the interview ended I realised that he had no background as a developer and he didn' t know what he was talking about. Summing up my experience: - Miss-leading job post - Unprofessional behavior - People acting like experts out of their field of expertise - Business person, trying to do technical assessments Proceed with caution! It' s a shame because their product actually seems interesting!
