Phone call , Initial Agreement , Group interview , intensive talking

The interview process had three stages. First was a 2-hour session with the Head of Department and HR. It was long but felt more like a conversation than an interview, and overall a pleasant experience. The second stage was technical – live software tests over Microsoft Teams. This part was a bit stressful since I had to demonstrate skills on the spot, but manageable if you're well-prepared. The final stage was a salary discussion over a call, as they don’t share contracts online.
