First step was a phone call; questions about why you are interested in working at the company and minor personal questions such as your study, interesting activities and your hobbies.
second step was an online interview: sets of questions given to you answer for an amount of time to answer. the questions were mainly HR questions (personal)
Third step was a skype interview with engineers: questions about your software experience, and work experience taken from your resume. also, senario questions; such as a situational moment at the field site (what would you if clients were unsatifisfied)

The interview process was quite straightforward, there were no trick questions. For a site based role, interviewers confirm if you are willing to work the potentially demanding hours/shifts - this is a good thing, as you get to know the job specific expectations beforehand. In my experience, the interview was more about getting to know you and your experience, rather than a technical 'exam'.
