They found my resume on the department website at the university. Contacted me about meeting for an interview on campus. Interview was more of an intro to the company and what type of work they did. Didn't ask me very many questions at all.

Simple, Interviewed at a college career fair. Not many technical questions but more situational. Met with two Kiewit employees in the same field as the job that was being hired for. They provided great insight for not only them to make a good candidate selection but it gave the candidate a good understanding for them to know if it is the right company.
