The interview was not hard, It was quite simple. I did it with with the department manager. It took about 30 minutes for the interview. I did not get my result back. It would have been good if they let me know if I got the position or not but there was no notification about afterword process.

They asked me basic questions such as "Why did you applied to our hotel, What do you know about our hotel, Tell me about your previous experience"

I did self-introduction first and then they asked some questions about my past experiences. You don't need to have hotel experiences but if you have experiences related to services would be good.

The interview is a two step process, first you meet with the front office director or assistant director, then you proceed and meet the hotel general manager. If the directors like you they will have you conduct all of these steps within 2 hours if not they will just have you return
