The interview is fairly straightforward; make sure you have knowledge of the company and what differentiates them from other hoteliers. They're looking for youthful, energetic individuals that can offer exceptional customer service and operate autonomously.

Easy, and conversational. It did not seem like a typical interview. They just asked questions about me, and if I enjoyed talking with people. Only did 1 interview and was offered the job about 3 days after the interview.
