First interview was a phone interview by Kindred recruiter who explained job location, setting, and potential salary range. Next a phone interview by the site Rehab Director, who then scheduled and in person interview. And an offer was made by the recruiter within 2 days of in person interview. Entire process took about a week.

Complete application, await recruiting call, manager eventually calls you. Phone interview then in person. The questions were very typical of any physical therapy interview. They did get back to me with an offer that was on par in terms of salary but I did decline offer

Friendly interviewers. Was a little surprised the interview was in person with Covid restrictions, but it seems like a good place to work with ethical people. Hope one day I can apply again!
