There were 2 interviews, first met a VP and a sales executive and met the sales executive one-on-one to negotiate salary and benefits. The sales executive was the reason I didn't take their offer. He was boasting how great he was as an MBA holder from UNM. They were looking for an experienced/seasoned account manager but the sales executive said, "We don't pay to your experience." The offer, even after renegotiating, was laughable and insulting. Rumor says there is sexual harassment/abuse in the office and HR doesn't do anything.
