Had to do two tests after applying:
1. Code test: 3 questions, increasing difficulty, normal algorithmic questions. Took around 1-2 hours.
2. Logical reasoning test. Took around 20 minutes.
After this I spoke with the recruiter and then did a coding test with two Klarna engineers.

it consisted of 3 parts, HR, technical, behavioural. The technical part was a leetcode hard problem but they did not expect a hard solution. The behavioural was related to leadership principles similar to most companies.

Colloquio
I had a second experience with Klarna. After the ghosting of last year, Klarna reach out again for a SWE position. The same happened. After the first discussion, I have been told again to book a slot for the second round. And then... no news from anyone.
Second ghosting. Klarna has a terrible HR process and policy.
I feel like I dodge a bullet here. The work environment might be pretty toxic if it is aligned with the HR practices.
