Phone Screen and then First Round with Hiring Manager. First Round with Hiring Manager was cold and they seemed unengaged. They let me know they would be progressing me to the next step on the call, and then after hanging up they changed their mind because I received a call from the recruiter letting me know they were moving forward with other candidates.

AVOID. Heinous interview process. Screening call rescheduled once, which I can understand. Second interview rescheduled 3 times (always within 9-10 minutes of the actual interview) and the interview ended up being not with a hiring manager, but one of their mid-market AE's that just got promoted to manager. The interview was rushed because he had "another meeting" and it was apparent he hadn't interviewed very many people in his life. I'm an SMB AE interviewing for the same role (I sell a similarly priced marketing product), they weren't respectful of the fact I was fully employed and were hung up on the fact some of their deal sizes could be bigger (or smaller) than what I currently sell (like duh, I've sold small and huge deals, what difference does it make if I'm closing consistently). One no-show interview which is crazy to me. Overall, I think I spoke with 6 different people so super un-organized. Total interviews I had was 4 over almost 2 months. Decided to stay in my current role.
