Very Easy, applied online got called in for an interview an week later. went to the interview met with the hr manager and department manager, very basic interview questions and was offered the job on the spot.

The interviewer was friendly and asked basic questions like why I wanted to work at Kmart. They asked what section of the store I’d most like to work in and then if I could lift more than 20 lbs.
Many people interviewed together, and they asked some basic questions like Can you tell me a little bit about yourself?

What do you know about Kmart?
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
