They made it super simple, I applied 3 months prior for the position around when it was first posted. Received an email to schedule a phone interview, passed that and moved right onto a 2nd round interview with the department head and supervisor. After that they told me I would move onto a 3rd round after they contacted my references. I actually ended up receiving the offer letter with no 3rd round interview after they spoke to my references. Overall a super simple interview process and they're respectful of your time. Just know about your position and what is expected of you.
