First it was an online test. It was a test for classic "logic" like for example: "which figure doesn't match the pattern", with no accessibility options, so I had to work double to fulfill the test, as I am visually impaired. Second step was a telephone call with the hiring manager, which is kind of an outdated approach for today's standards, then at the end was a meeting with a specialist which asked me relevant questions, then finally ghosting.
