Applied 4/15, recieved an email for a personality assessment about a week later, completed it, and within two days had a phone interview. She seemed nice until pay discussion came up. She would not give me a range and kept repeating "The pay is the same for everyone in this position regardless of what you are going to tell me" Finally I told her my number after going back and forth mentioning that I was open to hearing what she had to offer and she told me that the position pays 33k with comission bringing it up to 42k. I said thank you and goodbye.
