After three rounds of interviewing, including an initial phone screening, a Zoom video meeting with three members of the team I'd be working with, and another Zoom meeting with the hiring manager, they completely ghosted me without any explanation as to what happened or the final status of the job. Like the previous reviewer, I learned that I didn't get the position by not receiving any further communication from them at all.

I submitted a cover letter and resume and was called shortly after by someone in HR. After that phone call, I had a video interview with my potential supervisor. I was very disappointed that I was told I would hear back in 2 weeks and never did. I followed up and still nothing. It was disheartening to learn I didn't receive the job simply by waiting and not hearing back. Very unprofessional.
