They paid for my to drive into Wichita the night before and paid for my hotel room. I got their in the morning the next day and a group of us waited for an employee to let us in. We all sat in a room until an employee came to get us. I had interviewed with two people back to back.

It was a really comprehensive recruitment process. Sometimes, I had to answer similar questions, but that's what made it more precise. Also, the HR department and other managers are very enthusiastic about the process.
Orientation followed by a test which was easy , questions from computer science and from aptitude also after that interview was in the company office and after 3 days the selected candidate list came out

About projects and general questions about your attitude towards others
It was a simple process, met with the hiring manager and a few people from the group I would be working with. The interview was virtual and lasted about an hour.
