Respectful, I met a lot of interesting, intelligent people. The interviews were challenging and though provoking. I wanted the job more after meeting the people I interviewed with. Many of the interviews were more like conversations. I felt very comfortable although I could tell I was being screened for personality and skills.

I went through seven rounds of interviews, each with a different person, and each time, no one seemed to really know what the job description was or what role I was being hired for. I interviewed with one person twice. Most people were kind they just didn't seem to be on the same page.
