I had a phone interview and it was fairly easy and straightforward. The callback also came fairly soon and the process was really quick. The manager asked me general questions such as what interested me in Kohls and situational questions as well.

A round table style, group interview process with the manager and other candidates. Afterwards, on the same day, they did the one on one interviews. After about a week later I received an offer, which I accepted.
