Quick sit down in person interview with assistant manager. Ask general questions you would expect at retail interview and hired on the spot. Onboarding process takes quite awhile. Easy overall process.

I applied through Snag-a-job and got call back within week. The position I applied for was sales supervisor but it turned out to be a department lead/supervisor for the men's department. I interviewed with one of the AM's and it was great laid back interview and the questions were common situation and customer service questions. After that he set up another interview with the softlines manager which I thought would be my direct supervisor. When I arrived to that interview I was asked to come back at a later time because she was in a conference call and when I arrived back later on that day she seemed to be very unsatisfied with my answers and they were the exact same questions that the first AM asked me.but told me to come back at a later date to interview with the store manager. When I went to my last interview that associates at customer service were laughing went me saying how I basically met everyone and I been here too many times. The interview with the store manager was laid back as he was a happy and cool guy at first and the softline AM sat next to me during it. He seemed to be more interested in my pizza making skills I learned at Domino's then anything else. He described the position more in dept than the AM's did and said I would hear from them. I called the store about two weeks later and was told I would receive a call from them. A few days later the store secretary contacted me for orientation. The whole process took about a month.
