It was over the phone. They were very excited and enthusiastic about having me come on board. They wanted to see if I'd be a good fit. The people I spoke with were also very clear on the role I would be taking on and they wanted to make sure it was something I expected.

Attended college career fair. Interviewed on-campus with HR generalist. Didn't hear back for a month, so I reached back out to her and we set up phone interview with managers. Offered job next day.
