It is a phone interview and it's mostly based on the resume. The interviewer is a real engineer (not HR), and has a pretty clear understanding of what the Co-op is going to be and how is your personal experience. After about a week if you get the offer they will call you.

I applied to a co-op position for Kohler online and received a response about two months later. Interview was scheduled about 3 weeks later. It was a panel interview over webcam with eight managers. They admitted that it was only their second holding an interview over webcam and it was obvious. There were a good amount of "could you repeat that?" phrases on both ends. I heard back from them about 3 weeks later.

First phone interview was conducted by HR. Was asked situation based questions. HR was very accomodating
On-site interview: 3 interviews were conducted one after the other with a panel of 2 managers each.
