phone interview with the recruiter, one week after phone interview with the Area Doctor, one week later 1:1 interview with the Area Doctor, visit to the future office (paid by Kool Smiles: airfare, hotel, rental car), observve office activity, patient flow, follow up call from recruiter, phone interview with the Regional Doctor, offer received, after negotiating relocation bonus and salary and accepted offer we had another trip paid in full by Kool Smiles to find the housing.
Great experience overall!
