Received a call from HR. 1 week after, phone interviewed with future boss. 2 weeks later, met at airport to interview with future bosse. 2 weeks later, interviewed with future boss's boss. 3 weeks later, followed up and received job offer. Kraft Foods has a lot of seniority, and there is a reason why. The work is bearable and the people respectful. There are a lot of people with many experiences that have seen numerous changes in the company and you can learn a lot from them.

Long but welcoming. Interviews and also written exams also. Met with various levels and departments and heard back within two weeks or so. The process and onboarding was smooth but pay was lacking. They need to increase wages and flexibility
