First stage eases you into the process, it is just a screening. 20 minutes duration. Three stages in total. Asks simple questions, i.e. introduce yourself, why this role, what can you contribute etc.

Many meetings with HR and people in team over several months. HR were very keen to keep up to date with catchups after interviews with those in the team, all very nice.
Good - lots of internal calls with different people in the organization, but not with anyone in the team. Unclear what the job would entail day to day, interviews were more about understanding fit rather than testing any skills.
