Very formal, but still laid back as I was sixteen at the time and applying for a part time position. I went into the interview (it being my first ever job interview) very nervous and was relieved to find that it was a fairly laid back interview despite it being in a very formal setting.

very quick and easy interview I got hired on the spot but they rescinded the job offer after receiving my background report even tho i was upfront and honest about convictions during the interview

The interview was fluent and very simple questions. They asked me what I would do in certain situations and that’s about how hard it gets. Make sure you show up on time.

It was a group interview, We had to answer as individuals and form groups to complete exercises. There were multiple people interviewing for multiple stores, departments and positions. Only 2 people in the interview did not make it to the next round and were not offered positions.
