Apply online through CV. If successful you will be asked for a one sided video interview. The next stage is a phone call and then a virtual assessment day on their partner website, followed by a 1:1 interview with a member of their team.

1st round: online assessment - comes in three parts.
1) logic and numbers - quite simple, got them done under 10 mins.
2) data questions - give you a scenario and ask you to simulate a process to solve it.
3) video questions
2nd round: phone screening with HR

Recorded interview with 4 questions, there were no set amount of times you can re-record answers however they had to be under a certain length of time. It was straightforward and questions were more about the person rather than competencies.

The first "interview" was a pre-recorded video interview where I had to answer multiple questions. I had unlimited number of repeats and unlimited time.
When I passed through this interview, I got a second interview which was a voice call interview. It was a relaxed and friendly setting.
