The interview process is first they told you their office schedule and then they need to test out your math level based on finish a basic math test, they were graded it in front of you. At that point, you will know they will hire you or not. If they decide hire you, the next day will start to work.

The entire process was actually quite straightforward and easy for me, primarily because I was already volunteering at the organization, which gave me a level of familiarity with the staff and operations. Since they had already seen my work ethic and commitment firsthand, there wasn’t much of a formal interview process. They mainly asked me a few questions about my academic background, the credentials I held at the time, and any relevant experience I might have had that would contribute to the role. Overall, it felt more like a conversation than a formal evaluation.

Asked experience with kids, what you would bring and why youd like to work there. It was more than a casual conversation, but also not insanely formal. No math/reading test for me
