No real interview process, easy to get through. I just contacted the manager of the Kumon I worked at, and I got the job in a couple days. Great for high school students.

you just meet up with the manager and she asks you a bunch of questions. from there they tell you about your schedule and every day duties. then they tell you your possibly hourly wage and chance for a raise, which is usually rare.
Very straightforward and easy, went over previous jobs/positions but does not need to be relevant. Just need to elaborate why you want this position. There was not much needed to get this role
The interview process was not difficult at all. They asked very easy and basic questions that were not difficult to answer. I was basically hired on the spot, no stress at all.
