casual interview. She asked my major, where I live, kumon experience, and working schedules. she seems busy so I haven't had chance to talk much. My schedule didn't really match with the the center opening schedule.
The interview was extremely short and contained brief questions. Not a lot of them referred to any prior knowledge regarding math or English skills. The most important ones are regarding one's ability to work with children.
I applied online via email and received a reply in a few days for an interview. It was an 1 on 1 interview. There was no test and the interview lasted for 15 minutes.
It was short - just resume screen and quick questions about my availability so it was not too bad. Questions were just content about what math I already knew and if I had previous experience.
