I applied for this position through Irishjobs.ie and within two days I got a call from the HR department scheduling a time for the assessment centre. Arrived at the centre where I spent 4hrs working on a number of mini tasks such as: coming to a decision as part of a team for funding for a "cause" I was given, a 30min competency based interview with the product manager and designing a marketing campaign on poster paper for a role play pitch to "Boots".
