Odd interview. No explanation of the position, no explanation of the program or L3 Harris mission, nor the general tell me about yourself. Started right into technical questions, which threw me off a little. Additionally, the title is Systems Administrator, however it's more of a desktop support role - mainly supporting desktops. Questions were also general desktop support type questions, not systems administrator questions. Lastly, the recruiter didn't reach out and notify me of the results, I just received the generic "sorry, but we decided to go with other candidates". Team was dry as was the recruiter - very impersonal which throws many red flags for the company. Thanks, but no thanks.
