Mainly behavioural-based questions with no accounting or technical questions. Usually two rounds, one with a Sr Mgr and the other with a Director. Usually lasts about 45 minutes each. Company is also debating a new ERP so some questions about experience in that realm.

Great interview process. My first call was with recruiter for screening. About a week later, I had a call with a manager. And a few weeks later I had a follow-up call with the recruiter.

pretty simple. it was a behavioral and situational based interview. I applied and was contacted the next day with request for interview, I had two interview. one with a director and one with a VP.
