Applied through Indeed, got a call approximately 1-2 weeks later, quick 10 minute interview with Center Manager, got asked to do a 1:1 interview the following Saturday. Met with the Assistant Manager and Manager on a quiet Saturday morning, usual interview questions, they pretty much answered all of my questions that I was going to ask after the interview was over. They were warm and welcoming. They also asked me to bring 2 references - but that was already attached to my resume when I applied online.
