3 steps interview: first, through CIEE, an recruiter for students in College degree with dinamics to check our personality assisted by the HR LG manager. Then, written tests skills at LG building for knowledge assessment about software, english communication and writting. Finally, a in-person interview with all the managers interested to get a new intern for their teams.
