The process was disastrously disorganized and unprofessional. I met the hiring manager through another LPL employee. She first interviewed me by phone. She then set up a face-to-face interview date the following week, and said she would send me additional information. The day before the face-to-face interview, I emailed her because she hadn't sent me any additional information. She emailed me back saying she had forgotten about the interview completely and needed to reschedule. We set up a new interview date the following week. She sent me a list of the people I would be interviewing with this time. The first interview was supposed to be a panel. On the day of the interview, ONE PERSON showed up to the interview panel. The other three failed to show. I then met with the hiring manager, who asked me zero additional questions and demonstrated a complete lack of leadership skills and product management knowledge. Needless to say, I did not bother following up after this experience. This company is in trouble.

Had initial screening with HR. SVP took weeks to schedule a 30 minute call. We both came away with mutual interest and was told at the end to be prepared for face to face interview.
Next day HR sent an email saying they're moving in a different direction.
Very classy....I guess I should pay more attention to employee reviews in the future.
