I applied online, heard from the hiring manager the next day, did a phone screening call, next was put onto the 2nd round with a Zoom interview, and then finally had an in-person interview to meet the team and have one-on-one meetings with them.

Good interview. Was recruited by a recruiter on Linkedin. The go-through process between her and the interviewer was sort of wacky and unnecessarily difficult. However, as a whole I viewed this process as a positive experice. The job that I was interviewing for was highly competitive, and my experience in sales is limited but I do have knowledge on the fundamentals and am a person-oriented man. My drive to succeed is fundamental as well. Anyways, enough about me. The person being considered for the job is probably much more experienced than I am and sales is not my preferred position to make things clear (although I am very open to it). Great company, great culture, good interview, the Austin location is nice and it is only going to expand from here. Would recommend applying! Although,, perhaps not for this position since it is super competitive;
