The interview process was straight forward. one round of phone interview and another round of in person interview. 3 weeks after I applied for the job, I received a phone call regarding the position and set up a time for phone interview. 2-4 days after the phone interview, they reached out to me for in person interview

lots of promises were make with respect to certain strategies used. Their was no follow through. All in all nice people. however company was growing quickly. i think the kinks have worked themselves out. managed product perform very well at a low cost to the adviser.
