Met with a managing director as well as President of the firm. Proceeded to meet with peer colleagues at the firm, as well as key vendor partners. Spent nearly 2 hours with the team that I would manage. The interview process was quite professional, well defined and orchestrated and ultimately they were quick and clear in confirming the offer. Once onboard, the experience was far less professional and organized.
