Interviewer was late for an hour, then was overtly confrontational and critical of my past career choices, had very dated idea of company loyalty, then made a remark about how I'm just "out of luck" when I explained I had very limited options for growth and rotation in my previous companies.

The interview was conducted by the HR Business partner. Overall experience was ok, HR had a good understanding on the technicality of the position. However, it was quite unprofessional that the HR took a month to only let me know it was unsuccessful. While waiting I sent in two follow up emails but none of it got reply. Even after knowing the result, I did write in an appreciation email, but did not reply too, the experience was fairly unpleasant.
