Interview by 3 members of the team, asked questions based on experience and age you wanted to work with. The interview process was short and sweet. Just know what you want to do and why you want to do it.

The interview lasted about 45 minutes. We went over my résumé together. She asked questions about my previous child care jobs to see if I was a good fit. I was told how they do things there and what the work culture is and she offered me a position. Even with an offer, they’re is a fair amount of paperwork and a handful of things to add to your to do list. Expect to be fingerprinted and if you’ve lived in other states outside of where you live now, they may have you take some paperwork to a notary. In my state, there was 13 hours worth of online modules to complete before the first day and I had to be screened for TB.
