They called me over the phone and basically asked if I wanted the position. It was about two days of communication and I was given the job. It was a very easy process and did not take much effort.

The process was a bit confusing. I went into an interview that I thought was for LaSalle Network and ended up being for a contract job. Through that contract job I was hired to work at LaSalle. The process is a bit unclear, but it worked out in my favor.
