It was really weird. I had worked for Covance several years ago and had a positive experience so I thought I’d apply for a role there. However when it came to the interview I was told I wouldn’t be asked the same questions as other candidates since I was a former employee. I didn’t really like the sound of it, but didn’t say anything. Instead the lady interviewing me who I’d never, ever met or spoken to before asked me a really personal & hostile question about a time I’d been sick during my initial employment at Covance. It felt inappropriate (I hadn’t consented to my health information being shared with someone I didn’t know), disproportionate (I’d only been off work for a week!), and unfair (since they presumably didn’t have the medical history of other candidates to compare). To be honest she only asked me 1 more question after that but it was such a red flag I kind of threw the interview. I felt really weird for days after.

Phone screen that lasted 30mins, then interviewed with 2 other people over the phone using the STAR method. I haven't heard anything back but it has been 3 weeks since the 2nd interview, so assuming I did not get it. Another, HR lady did call asking me about another position, then while on the phone she realized I applied to the initial position, so I haven't heard anything back from her either.

Very difficult - HR was not flexible at all with scheduling interviews. Given less than 24 hours notice to complete Assessment.
