The HR is absolutely bias and I've left from the interview with the sensation that I'm stealing French people their jobs. He mentioned is a family business and I believe it will not grow and expland globally with such HR that hires just French people, not open to other cultures and experiences. If you are from outside France you have no chance on getting hired there so don't waist your time.
