Very involved interview process. I spoke with would-be peers, SVP's, the President and CEO. Very nice people. It was apparent that the senior leadership did not have a clear strategy for continued organizational build-out and the company was/is going through a phase of change, but they didn't quite know how that change would happen or the strategy behind it. When asked about expectations, goals, accountability, the answers were vague and almost waved away. Overall it was a good experience and the people leading the company do seem genuine and want to figure out how to create long-term success.
