The interview process was very smooth and seamless , , the overall experience was great, the team that took the interview was focused on understanding the candidate's fit for the role

Its an in person interview for shortlisted candidates. HR has been helpful. Interview is conversational in nature and panel has been helpful too in explaining the role and problem statements. However, it would have been good if someone with relevant experience for the role interviewed. Marketing analytics role, interview was done by ML Engineer and there were some mismatched expectations in terms of skills required for the role and interview questions
